Eleven years ago, I wrote the following in my blog http://blog.sciencenet.cn/blog-1565-218436.html about students or others from China asking for a free electronic copy of of my best selling textbook on control theory an practice. What I said 11 years ago are still true. This week once again I received several requests from China about my book. I guess the message did not get pass on to this new generation of students even though China is now #2 economic countries in the world in terms of GDP. Chinese scholars and students, please spread the knowledge and accepted practice.
