"This is an interesting study and the author has done good research work on how condition of Hepatitis B Virus patient can be detected by using biochemical indexes and immune indexes. The author has done clear work by separating patients into three groups from the last recent years. The methods were clearly explained and the comparative results were found to be satisfying. The paper is well written and well structured. Have done good statistical analysis and collected unique data set. The main part of this paper is the comparative results of immune indexes (IgG, IgA and IgM) between the four groups from which the samples were collected.

The author could have added short information regarding the biochemical indexes and immune indexes in the introduction part so the readers could have found it more interesting.

Apart from this the overall paper was good.
