以一只井蛙的眼睛看天空

俗话说：秀才不出门，便知天下事。
Bullshit.
一只井蛙，如果他不知道自己是一只井蛙，那他只能永远做井蛙。
但如果有一天，他意识到了，原来自己只是一只井蛙，那他就可能有机会跳出井去，做一只广阔天空下的自由的蛙。
有个朋友告诉我，某大学的一位前校长（现在已经退休）曾说过，高校的教师要“狂参会”，也就是说，要尽可能的参加各种各样的学术会议，只有这样才能开阔眼界，激发创意。
我觉得有道理。
You never know what people are capable of or what they are going to say, and what impact will be on you when you meet or hear them.
Sometimes you can even get inspired by a wrong impression, or a misunderstanding.
This is the amazing aspect of the principle of "swarm intelligence", or we can say: diversity means quality.
