RAD-Seq: new generation genetic map

RAD marker can be obtained by RAD-Seq. Likes as SSR or AFLP, RAD marker can be very useful in genetic mapping. RAD marker can be discoveried  by NGS. So it will cost very low and save time.
 

Miller等(Genome Research,2007)应用RAD markers在果蝇作图群体中将一个重组位点快速定位在150kb范围区域。

Baird等(PLoS one, 2008)通过三刺鱼(96F2子代加亲本)选用SbfI酶分别对双亲和子代进行RAD-Seq,总计获得13,000 SNPs,并且定位得到两个重要性状。

Baxter等(PLoS one,2011)通过对小菜蛾的24个个体(22个回交1代群体,2个亲本)进行RAD-Seq测序将小菜蛾多杀菌耐药性定位到W/Z性染色体上,并利用2,878RAD alleles构建连锁图谱,获得31个连锁群。

Pfender等(Theor Appl Genet, 2011)对黑麦草的193F1群体进行RAD测序,并结合SSRSTS分子标记,利用双假测交原理进行连锁分析,检测到三个黑麦草抗杆锈病QTL

Chutimanitsakun等(BMC genomics, 2011)利用RAD-Seq技术对93株大麦DH作图群体进行研究,获得530SNP markers,应用其中的445SNP,结合之前的marker构建连锁图谱,QTL定位。
