体外：SAG (0.1 nM-100 μM; 30 h) 在 Shh-LIGHT2 细胞中诱导萤火虫荧光素酶表达，EC₅₀ 为 3 nM，然后在更高浓度下抑制表达^[1].SAG (1-1000 nM; 1 h) 竞争 BODIPY-cyclopamine 与表达 Smo 的 Cos-1 细胞的结合，产生表观解离常数 (K_d) SAG/Smo 复合物为 59 nM^[1]。SAG (100 nM) 抑制 ShhN 诱导的 Robotnikinin 通路激活的抑制作用^[2] .SAG (250 nM; 48 h) 显着增加 MDAMB231 细胞中 SMO mRNA 和蛋白的表达^[3]。SAG (250 nM; 24 和 48 h) 增加 CAXII MDAMB231细胞在含氧量正常和低氧条件下24h的mRNA表达^[3].SAG (250 nM; 24 h)增加MDAMB231细胞迁移^[3]。
