. based on your ST10 (L441-439) observation might be worth considering making a comparison between these isolates [F13P5; F13P4 & F25P5] and others of the same ST in the database, especially with regard to their AMR and virulence gene content?;

Look at the materials & methods section Juan, the bit dealing with WGS -this is what i was thinking of including and using Kats heat maps to generally describe the features of the isolates -no more than that.

Molecular phylogenetic analysis of ESBL-positive strains rooted with E. coli MG1655 genome using the MEGA6 software by Maximum likelihood method.
The evolutionary history was inferred by using the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Tamura-Nei model [1]. The tree with the highest log likelihood (-60662.7228) is shown. Initial tree(s) for the heuristic search were obtained automatically by applying Neighbor-Join and BioNJ algorithms to a matrix of pairwise distances estimated using the Maximum Composite Likelihood (MCL) approach, and then selecting the topology with superior log likelihood value. The analysis involved 8 nucleotide sequences. Codon positions included were 1st+2nd+3rd+Noncoding. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. There were a total of 26227 positions in the final dataset. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA6 [2]

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the most common extraintestinal E.coli infections and are caused by uropathogenic E.coli (UPEC). In addition, E. coli is the most common Gram-negative bacterium that causes meningitis, particularly during the neonatal period. The pathotype responsible for meningitis and sepsis is called neonatal meningitis-associated E.coli (NMEC)
Disease:
Pathogenic E. coli cause various diseases in humans, including several types of diarrhea, urinary tract infections, sepsis, and meningitis.
